Kitchen article

In this March's Bon Appetit magazine, there is an interview of kitchen designer Mick de Giulio.



When asked about the 'work triangle,' Mick says "if you establish a work triangle but put your fridge in a main artery, it means that somebody's always opening a door in the path of traffic." Hmm... interesting! Designers are always relying on the triangle! More of the interview here.
